The Arts and Educatioin Council provides funding for the arts and arts education programs throughout a 16 county region in Missouri and Illinois. Funding is provided through grants at multiple levels. All organizations applying for grants must have 501(c)3 status for a minimum of one year and focus on arts and arts education. Additional criteria varies with each grant level.
