The 17th Annual St. Louis Arts Awards Ceremony was held on January 28th, 2008 at the Chase Park Plaza.

We are naming the “James F. Weidman Education and Resource Center”
in the Centene Center for Arts and Education in honor of Jim Weidman.

Jim has dedicated his career to arts and education.  That dedication was most evident in the restoration and formation of the Centene Center for Arts and Education.  The new James F. Weidman Education and Resource Center will be a resource room for educational workshops and seminars for the entire arts community in the region, and will provide materials and technology that enable development professionals to research grant writing and fundraising.  What better way to show our appreciation for all that he has done for the community!
