2016 St. Louis Arts Awards

Nominations Open for the 2016 St. Louis Arts Awards!

Take part in celebrating an arts educator, leader, or innovator in the bi-state area.  Nominate an individual or organization who you feel has achieved a legacy of artistic excellence, or a business that enriches the arts and cultural community.  Nominations are open now through April 27, 2015.

“Our past honorees include individuals, organizations and businesses which have made a significant contribution to arts and arts education in St. Louis through their work, commitment and creativity. Our yearly nomination process has continually introduced the region to a new and ever more diverse group of leaders in our arts and arts education community,” commented Cynthia A. Prost, president of the Arts and Education Council.

Prost continued, “We can’t wait to see the nominations we receive for the 2016 Arts Awards.”

Past award categories include Lifetime Achievement in the Arts, Corporate Support of the Arts, Excellence in Philanthropy, Excellence in the Arts, Arts Innovator, Arts Champion, Arts Collaboration and Art Educator of the Year. Nominators are welcome to suggest new categories for their nominations.  Arts Awards honorees are selected because they have shown a dedication to the arts community and have successfully worked to keep art happening and thriving in the St. Louis region.
